We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiter to support Non-IT recruitment activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand hiring requirements for Non-IT positions
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate data and recruitment trackers
  • Follow up with candidates on interview status and offers
  • Support offer issuance and joining processes
  • Ensure smooth coordination throughout the hiring cycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • BBA / B.Com / MBA / Any Graduate
  • 0–1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment (Freshers can apply)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
