Requirements

  • Understand hiring requirements from various departments and create effective job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates through various channels: job portals, social media, internal databases, employee referrals, and campus hiring
  • Conduct initial screening (telephonic/virtual) to assess candidate suitability Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Manage offer rollouts and post-offer follow-ups
  • Build a pipeline of strong candidates for future openings Participate in employer branding and engagement initiatives
  • Engage in campus hiring initiatives, coordinate with placement cells, and recruitment drives
  • Identify and build relationships with potential colleges/universities for internship and entry-level hiring programs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration.
  • Extra certifications that are relevant are beneficial.
  • 1–2 years of recruitment experience preferred (internship experience counts)
  • Familiarity with hiring platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines Skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of the recruitment process
  • Ability to work independently and in a team Offer negotiation and closure
  • Manage time efficiently
