Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and walk-ins
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions
  • Support onboarding and documentation process
  • Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of recruitment processes
  • Ability to work under targets and timelines
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR portals
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Post-Graduate
  • 0–3 years of experience in recruitment (BPO/Corporate hiring preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹9,579.31 per month
