Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates primarily through Internshala, job portals, and internal databases.
- Post job openings on Internshala and track applicant responses.
- Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate data, interview status, and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with HR and business teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
- Support internship hiring drives and fresher recruitment initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
