Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates primarily through Internshala, job portals, and internal databases.
  • Post job openings on Internshala and track applicant responses.
  • Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update candidate data, interview status, and hiring reports.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with HR and business teams to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
  • Support internship hiring drives and fresher recruitment initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
