HR Recruiter

We are looking for an HR Recruiter – IT Hiring with hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment. The candidate should be well-versed with sourcing profiles through the Naukri portal and other recruitment channels, screening candidates, and coordinating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure
• Strong experience in using Naukri Portal (Resume Database search, Job Posting, Boolean search)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes as per technical requirements and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates for interview feedback and offer acceptance
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
