Young Female graduates (MBA HR preferred) with passion in HR Recruitment.

The HR Recruiter is responsible for end-to-end recruitment by identifying job openings with companies and sourcing, screening, and placing suitable candidates for those roles. The role involves building strong relationships with employers, understanding their hiring needs, and matching them with qualified candidates in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop job openings by connecting with companies and HR managers
  • Understand employer requirements, job roles, and hiring timelines
  • Source candidates through calls, databases, referrals, social media, and job portals
  • Screen candidates for skills, experience, and job fit
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers
  • Maintain recruitment records and follow up on closures
  • Support candidates and employers until successful placement

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to source both clients (companies) and candidates
  • Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
  • Good follow-up and coordination skills
