:- Sourcing candidates: Find potential candidates using online channels, such as social media , Search Engine optimization, performance Marketing and Sales new client acquisition and professional platforms

:- Interviewing: Conduct interviews with candidates using various formats, such as phone, video, and in-person

:- Creating job descriptions: Design and update job descriptions

:- Posting job openings: Advertise job openings on company career pages, social media, job boards, and internally

Making job offers: Send job offer emails and answer questions about compensation and benefits

Monitoring metrics: Track key HR metrics, such as time-to-fill and time-to-hire
