Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinic roles including doctors, nutritionists, therapists, counselors, sales executives, front-desk staff, and support staff
- Understand staffing requirements in coordination with clinic managers and leadership
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local hiring channels
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds
- Ensure timely hiring to meet clinic operational needs
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
- Assist with onboarding formalities and documentation for new hires
- Promote employer branding aligned with the clinic’s wellness-focused culture
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and internal policies
- Support HR activities such as employee engagement initiatives when required
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (healthcare, wellness, retail, or service industry preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to assess candidates for both skill and cultural fit
- Familiarity with job portals, social media hiring, and ATS tools
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience recruiting for healthcare, wellness, fitness, or beauty clinics
- Understanding of clinical and wellness-related roles
- Experience in high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
