Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinic roles including doctors, nutritionists, therapists, counselors, sales executives, front-desk staff, and support staff
  • Understand staffing requirements in coordination with clinic managers and leadership
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local hiring channels
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds
  • Ensure timely hiring to meet clinic operational needs
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports
  • Assist with onboarding formalities and documentation for new hires
  • Promote employer branding aligned with the clinic’s wellness-focused culture
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and internal policies
  • Support HR activities such as employee engagement initiatives when required

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruitment (healthcare, wellness, retail, or service industry preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to assess candidates for both skill and cultural fit
  • Familiarity with job portals, social media hiring, and ATS tools
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience recruiting for healthcare, wellness, fitness, or beauty clinics
  • Understanding of clinical and wellness-related roles
  • Experience in high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
