Job Summary
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates. The role ensures the organization attracts top talent, maintains a positive candidate experience, and supports the company’s staffing goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Identify hiring needs and collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and job specifications.
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, headhunting, and social channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Screen resumes and candidates through phone interviews and assessments.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers.
- Create and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Candidate Management
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Communicate hiring updates, interview feedback, and next steps to applicants.
- Manage offer letters, reference checks, and pre-employment screenings.
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policy and relevant employment laws.
Employer Branding
- Assist in executing employer branding initiatives.
- Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and university partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–2 years) in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
