Your Role in the Team

As a Talent Researcher / Senior Talent Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent while ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and clients. In addition to sourcing, you will also be responsible for client interaction and stakeholder management, ensuring the fulfilment of hiring needs with speed and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and hiring managers to understand job roles, industry trends, and business requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify talent availability, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies.
• Define key candidate attributes for each role by analysing job descriptions and client expectations.
• Identify and attract potential candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Utilize Boolean searches, AI recruitment tools, and talent databases to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Proactively maintain a pool of pre-screened candidates for recurring hiring needs
• Connect with candidates through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to assess their experience, skills, and aspirations.
• Ensure seamless candidate experience by providing timely updates and interview feedback.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process, including salary discussions, offer negotiations, and on boarding.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
