ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Lead – Talent Acquisition, Talent Acquisition Specialist role will be responsible for fulfilling the recruitment nos. especially at the entry level – collection roles and other roles as assigned from time to time. The incumbent will be performing 80% recruitment and 20% generalist support.

Responsibilities

Self-Sourcing through recruitment portals and other sources

Fulfilling bulk hiring targets § Ensure use of the Application Tracking System and maintain proper MIS and reporting structures for recruitment.

Ensure adherence to compensation and hiring policies. § Report to Lead -Talent Acquisition and fulfill assignments as given from time to time.

REQUIRED QUALIFICTAION & EXPERIENCE

1. Graduate in any stream

2. Post-Graduate in HR an added

PREFERRED SKILLS

Technical

1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferable in the BFSI sector.

Bulk Hiring / Call Centre Hiring experience.

Proficiency in windows, Excel, and Data / MIS / number management
