Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in HR operations within the manufacturing or MSME sector, with hands-on experience in sourcing and recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and overall HR administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering positions for both lateral hires and fresh graduates, as per organizational requirements.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and training activities.
  • Handle payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.).
  • Address employee grievances and support performance management processes.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Liaise with department heads to support manpower planning and HR needs.
  • Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or MSME environment.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software (preferred).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
