Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in HR operations within the manufacturing or MSME sector, with hands-on experience in sourcing and recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and overall HR administration
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for engineering positions for both lateral hires and fresh graduates, as per organizational requirements.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction, and training activities.
- Handle payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance (ESI, PF, etc.).
- Address employee grievances and support performance management processes.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Support organizational development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Liaise with department heads to support manpower planning and HR needs.
- Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or MSME environment.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software (preferred).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
