We are leading Recruiter Firm in Kolkata and we have an urgent requirement HR Recruiter(Female) for our client company Manufacturing Industry.

Job Description:

Position: HR Recruiter(Female)

Education:- Graduate / MBA-HR

Responsibility:

Execute all facets of recruiting process from sourcing through to offer negotiation

Phone screening, interviewing, and counseling candidates on the right career opportunities to match their skill set

Intake job requisitions from hiring managers and identifying critical success factors

Formulating and implementing project management strategy for key hiring initiatives

Ensure an impressive candidate experience through communication & timely feedback, interviewer preparedness and effective interview format

Creatively pipeline, source, assess and select diverse qualified candidates to meet business needs

Create a positive experience to all candidates through timely follow-up, effective communication regarding the company’s mission, vision, benefit information, and representation of the company brand

Establish effective relationships across the company and build external networks, including with professional organizations

Understand affirmative action plans for the business to develop recruitment strategies with hiring leaders to achieve affirmative action goals

Experience: 2 years -5 years

Salary: 2 LPA – 3 LPA

Location: Kolkata
