About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter from the hospitality industry who has hands-on experience in hiring staff for restaurants, hotels, and banquets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding them successfully.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various hospitality positions including chefs, stewards, captains, housekeeping, front office, F&B service, and kitchen staff.
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
• Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and department managers.
• Support onboarding and documentation formalities of new hires.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, institutes, and manpower consultants.
• Maintain recruitment MIS reports and ensure hiring targets are met within timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in HR / Hospitality Management / Any relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality recruitment (restaurant/hotel/banquet industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of hospitality roles and hierarchy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
