About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Recruiter from the hospitality industry who has hands-on experience in hiring staff for restaurants, hotels, and banquets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to onboarding them successfully.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various hospitality positions including chefs, stewards, captains, housekeeping, front office, F&B service, and kitchen staff.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Post job openings on relevant platforms and manage candidate pipelines.
- Conduct initial screening, interviews, and reference checks.
- Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment trackers.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and department managers.
- Support onboarding and documentation formalities of new hires.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, institutes, and manpower consultants.
- Maintain recruitment MIS reports and ensure hiring targets are met within timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in HR / Hospitality Management / Any relevant field.
- 1–3 years of experience in hospitality recruitment (restaurant/hotel/banquet industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of hospitality roles and hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
