About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for creative, technical, and corporate roles. The ideal candidate understands fast-paced hiring environments and has a strong ability to identify, engage, and close top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal teams
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
  • Assist in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Hands-on experience hiring for creative, design, tech, or corporate roles (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-growing environment
  • Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and hiring compliance
