About the Role:

Wish Geeks Techserve is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 0-1 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT industry. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting our growing organization by hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
• Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Coordinate and communicate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Maintain a candidate database and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Assist with HR documentation and daily administrative tasks when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 0-1 years of experience in recruitment; IT recruitment experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
