Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding.
- Job Postings & Sourcing: Develop and post job ads on relevant platforms (job boards, social media, etc.), and use creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, and assist in interview preparation.
- Offer Management: Support in preparing job offers, negotiating salary, and ensuring a smooth offer acceptance process.
- HR Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment on recruitment strategy.
- Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and provide regular reports to HR management.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT HR recruitment
- Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media)
- Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other recruitment tools.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Team Player: A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with hiring managers and other team members.
- Degree: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Experience working in IT recruitment.
