Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels
  • Source and screen candidates through multiple channels
  • Manage interview scheduling and candidate tracking
  • Support employer branding and ensure hiring compliance

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (IT/Non-IT)
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
