Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers and interview panels
- Source and screen candidates through multiple channels
- Manage interview scheduling and candidate tracking
- Support employer branding and ensure hiring compliance
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (IT/Non-IT)
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
