Job Description: HR Recruiter at Apponix Technologies

- Experience: Minimum 4 years in IT recruitment

- CTC: 5 LPA

- Location: Rajajinagar, Bengaluru

- Role: HR Recruiter (IT candidates)

Responsibilities:

- Source and recruit IT candidates for various roles

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing)

- Build relationships with hiring managers and understand business requirements

- Identify best recruitment channels (job boards, social media, referrals)

- Coordinate with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in recruitment tools and platforms

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
