Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter – Finance (Loans) to manage end-to-end recruitment for loan-related roles across sales, operations, and support functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hiring for Retail Loans, LAP, Home Loans, Personal Loans, and Business Loans.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for loan verticals (Sales, Credit, Operations, Tele-calling, Backend).
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, and vendors.
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and branch teams.
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiation, and joining follow-ups.
- Ensure KYC, documentation, background verification, and onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and company hiring standards.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of loan products (Home Loan, LAP, PL, BL, Auto Loan).
- Hands-on experience in bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMIS, ATS tools.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Educational Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- Graduate with relevant recruitment experience may also apply.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in NBFC, Bank, DSA, or Loan Distribution companies.
- Immediate or short notice period preferred.
- Willingness to travel for branch-level hiring if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
