HR Recruiter

• Source candidates through job portals, social media & referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients
• Maintain candidate database & MIS reports
• Handle offer letters, follow-ups & joining formalities
• Understand client requirements and close positions on time
• Maintain good relationships with clients & candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
