HR Recruiter

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented HR Recruiter with strong experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles. Prior experience in a recruitment agency/consultancy will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and close positions within defined timelines
• Work towards monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and documentation
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Candidate Requirements

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment
• Prior experience in a recruitment agency/consultancy is highly preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a target-based, fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Immediate joiners will be given preference

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
