Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented HR Recruiter with strong experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and managing end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles. Prior experience in a recruitment agency/consultancy will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and networking
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/clients
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and close positions within defined timelines
- Work towards monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs
- Maintain accurate recruitment data, trackers, and documentation
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Candidate Requirements
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in IT and Non-IT recruitment
- Prior experience in a recruitment agency/consultancy is highly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-based, fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
- Immediate joiners will be given preference

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
