HR Recruiter

Experience: 2–3 Years

We’re looking for a motivated HR Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment and help us onboard the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing candidates through job portals & social platforms
• Screening, scheduling interviews & coordinating with managers
• Handling joining formalities & documentation
• Maintaining recruitment MIS & reports

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment
• Strong communication & coordination skills
• Experience with bulk hiring will be an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
