The HR professional will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, Non-IT, Engineering, and Manufacturing roles
  • Coordinate with clients/hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule final rounds
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers

Performance & Engagement

  • Support performance appraisal processes
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist in training & development programs

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–5 years of experience in HR (Staffing/Recruitment preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and ATS tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,347.58 - ₹18,450.20 per month
