Lead Skale (An enterprise of Avinix Digital Pvt. Ltd. )is looking for a dynamic and reliable Hiring Manager who will manage end-to-end recruitment while also assisting the Founder in people-related coordination and operational support. This role requires strong ownership, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced startup environment.
Recruitment & Hiring
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (requirement gathering to onboarding)
Hire for roles including:
- Performance Marketers (Meta / Google Ads)
- SEO Executives
- Content, Creative & Design roles
- Sales / Business Development
- Operations & Support roles
Founder Assistance & Support:
- Coordinate with Founder and Team Leads to understand hiring needs
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, and direct outreach
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule & coordinate technical and final interviews
- Manage offer letters, salary negotiations & joining formalities
- Maintain hiring trackers, candidate pipelines & MIS reports
- Ensure smooth onboarding and joining experience
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
- Experience hiring for Digital Marketing / Agency / Startup roles preferred
- Strong communication, coordination & follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working directly with Founder
- Organized, proactive, and ownership-driven
- Proficient in Google Sheets, Docs & basic reporting
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in Founder’s Office / Startup environment
- Knowledge of ATS tools & hiring dashboards
- Understanding of digital marketing roles and skill sets
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹336,000.00 per year
