Manages the full talent acquisition cycle: partnering with managers to define needs, sourcing & screening candidates (via job boards, social media, networks), interviewing (phone, video, in-person), negotiating offers, and onboarding, all while representing the employer brand and maintaining candidate databases for roles that meet company goals. Core Responsibilities

  • Needs Analysis: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and company culture.
  • Sourcing: Post jobs on careers pages, social media (LinkedIn, naukri.cm, Indeed, work india etc.), job boards, and attract passive candidates.
  • Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and assess candidate skills/fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers, explain compensation/benefits, and negotiate packages.
  • Candidate Experience: Act as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive journey.
  • Data Management: Maintain records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Key Duties

  • Crafting & updating job descriptions.
  • Performing background/reference checks.
  • Administering assessments (aptitude, logic).
  • Representing the company at job fairs.
  • Staying updated on hiring trends & employment laws.

Essential Skills Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, Strong organizational & negotiation abilities, and Ability to build strong relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
