HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle full recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → interview coordination → offer → onboarding

Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and networking

Conduct initial screening and structured interviews (telephonic/video/in-person)

Shortlist candidates based on skills, culture fit, and job requirements

Coordinate with hiring managers to align on role expectations and feedback

Maintain candidate records, hiring trackers, and MIS/ATS updates

Manage documentation: offer letters, onboarding forms, verification, and compliance

Conduct or support background verification and assessment/IQ tests when required

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
