HR Recruiter

HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for Zuvelio, ensuring we attract and close high-quality talent on time.​

Role summary

• Own the full recruitment cycle: understanding role requirements, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.​
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for operations, sales, showroom, and back-office roles.​

Key responsibilities

• Partner with founders and managers to create/update JDs and hiring criteria for each role.​
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and colleges; manage postings on all platforms.​
• Screen CVs, conduct first-round calls, schedule interviews, and coordinate feedback till closure.​
• Maintain candidate tracker/ATS, offer letters, and basic joining documentation.​

Skills and experience

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience (startup or retail/luxury/e‑commerce preferred).​
• Strong communication, follow-up discipline, and ability to handle multiple open roles together.​
• Comfortable using job portals, LinkedIn, Excel/Sheets, and basic HR documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
