HR Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring for Zuvelio, ensuring we attract and close high-quality talent on time.
Role summary
- Own the full recruitment cycle: understanding role requirements, sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing offers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for operations, sales, showroom, and back-office roles.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with founders and managers to create/update JDs and hiring criteria for each role.
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and colleges; manage postings on all platforms.
- Screen CVs, conduct first-round calls, schedule interviews, and coordinate feedback till closure.
- Maintain candidate tracker/ATS, offer letters, and basic joining documentation.
Skills and experience
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience (startup or retail/luxury/e‑commerce preferred).
- Strong communication, follow-up discipline, and ability to handle multiple open roles together.
- Comfortable using job portals, LinkedIn, Excel/Sheets, and basic HR documentation.
