HR Recruiter

About the Company:

Plati India Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed manufacturer of alloy wheels with a strong presence in the automotive industry. As we grow our operations, we are looking for a skilled HR Manager (Recruitment) to take charge of hiring across departments and help us build a strong and talented workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles – technical, sales, operations, and more
• Create and post job openings on platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, and others
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements
• Conduct reference checks and manage offer roll-outs
• Coordinate onboarding processes and documentation for new hires
• Maintain employee records and update the internal HR database
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment (manufacturing or industrial hiring preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong understanding of hiring platforms and sourcing techniques
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
