HR Recruiter

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple business verticals of the organization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for field, sales, factory, and corporate roles
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and campus drives
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback
• Manage offer rollout, joining formalities, and documentation
• Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards
• Support onboarding and basic HR operations as required

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Management, or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in recruitment (mandatory)
• Experience in bulk hiring and field recruitment preferred

Skills Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR documentation
• Result-oriented and able to meet hiring targets
