Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across technical and non-technical roles while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for entry-level to mid-level positions
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus hiring
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
• Schedule and follow up on technical and final interviews
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining formalities
• Support onboarding and documentation processes
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Ensure adherence to company hiring policies and timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Master's in Mathemetics
• Freshers can apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skillsm.
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
• Basic knowledge of HR documentation and compliance

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
