HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for entry to mid-level roles
• Candidate sourcing via portals, social media, and referrals
• Resume screening and initial HR interviews
• Interview coordination and follow-ups
• Maintaining recruitment records and trackers

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months HR recruitment experience
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of job portals
• Ability to manage multiple requirements

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
