Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases accurately.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and smooth transition into the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Recruiter, telecalling preferred
- Strong interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
