HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and energetic HR Recruiter (WFH) to handle end-to-end recruitment processes. The role includes sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring activities. Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable profiles
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Maintain candidate databases and track application status
• Follow up with candidates until joining
• Support HR team in daily recruitment activities

• Age Limit: 18 to 27 years

• Freshers are welcome

• Immediate joiners preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,254.97 - ₹20,362.42 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
