HR Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter who has completed an HR internship or has up to 6 months of hands-on recruitment experience. The candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities and assist the HR team in building a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal teams
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases
• Assist in offer rollouts and follow-up with selected candidates
• Support employer branding and recruitment drives
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
• 0–6 months of experience in recruitment
• Basic knowledge of hiring processes and HR practices
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic documentation

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
