Salary- 10k to 20k Depends on interview

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding

Maintain accurate employee data, attendance, and HR records

Conduct induction sessions and ensure smooth joining formalities

Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition & retention activities

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Strong interpersonal, multitasking, and organizational skills Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
