Hiring HR Recruiter – BPO Hiring
Location: Mumbai (Andheri – East)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in BPO recruitment
Working Time : 10:30am - 7:00pm Mon - Sat (2nd & 4th Sat off)

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for BPO roles
Use job portals, social media, and referrals for candidate sourcing
Coordinate interviews and manage follow-ups with candidates
Understand client requirements and deliver timely recruitment results
Contribute to the development of innovative hiring strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in BPO recruitment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with sourcing and screening tools
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Creative mindset and problem-solving attitude
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets
