Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
- Manage documentation and ensure timely completion of records.
- Coordinate and follow up on payment processes; update payment status and assist customers with queries.
- Maintain recruitment databases, reports, and accurate documentation.
- Conduct telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.
- Support on boarding by collecting and verifying documents.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
- Open to travel for official company trips (Domestic & International).
Required Skills
- Strong documentation and data management skills.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
