Position: HR Recruiter

Degree: Any Degree

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment roles (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
  • Manage documentation and ensure timely completion of records.
  • Coordinate and follow up on payment processes; update payment status and assist customers with queries.
  • Maintain recruitment databases, reports, and accurate documentation.
  • Conduct telephonic screenings to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to close positions efficiently.
  • Support on boarding by collecting and verifying documents.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professional communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Open to travel for official company trips (Domestic & International).

Required Skills

  • Strong documentation and data management skills.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
