HR Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience while supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to offer closure
• Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with department heads for interview scheduling and feedback
• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
• Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms
• Handle offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding coordination
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Maintain compliance with HR policies and recruitment best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
