Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results driven HR Recruiter to manage the full -cycle of recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for attracting, screening and hiring qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles (Sourcing to Onboarding coordination).
- Understand hiring requirements with hiring managers and create effective job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, Social Media, Referrals and networking.
- Screening the resumes and conduct initial interviews(Phone/Vedio/In-Person.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and Technical hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate and assist with the candidates to offer rollout.
- Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Involved in other activities like -Update in Attendance & Leave sheet, Employees ID Card, Documents verification, ESI registration, Employees Endorsement form.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment techniques and Sourcing strategies.
- Time management and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with job portals (e.g.-LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
Qualification-
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field.
- 1-5Yrs. Of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Preferred experience in corporate or Telecom industry recruitment.

Pay: ₹11,281.30 - ₹31,582.82 per month
