Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain candidate data, MIS reports, and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring requirements.
- Support employer branding and job postings on various platforms.
- Assist in HR documentation and onboarding activities.
Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA in HR or related field preferred.
- Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
