Job Description: HR Recruiter

Position: HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain candidate data, MIS reports, and recruitment trackers.
  • Ensure timely closure of positions as per hiring requirements.
  • Support employer branding and job postings on various platforms.
  • Assist in HR documentation and onboarding activities.

Requirements:

  • Graduate / MBA in HR or related field preferred.
  • Experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiar knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn).
  • Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
