Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to lead our human resources department. You will be responsible for scaling our sales and telecalling teams while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. You will be the point of contact for all employee-related matters, focusing on talent acquisition, policy implementation, and payroll management.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition (Recruitment)

  • Full Cycle Recruitment: Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for Sales Executives, Telecallers, and Administrative roles.
  • Hiring Channels: Actively use portals like Naukri, Indeed, Apna, and LinkedIn to maintain a steady pipeline of candidates.
  • Mass Hiring: Organize and conduct walk-in drives to meet aggressive monthly hiring targets for the sales team.
  • Branding: Enhance Estatesquad’s reputation as a "Great Place to Work" through social media and campus outreach.

2. HR Operations & Documentation

  • Onboarding: Preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and conducting background verification.
  • Employee Records: Maintaining physical and digital files for all employees (KYC, contracts, performance records).
  • Exit Management: Handling resignations, conducting exit interviews, and processing full and final (F&F) settlements.

3. Payroll & Compliance

  • Attendance Management: Monitoring daily attendance and leave records via biometric or manual systems.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Performance Reviews: Facilitating monthly/quarterly appraisals and "Best Employee" awards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: MBA in HR or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in a high-volume hiring environment (Real Estate, Insurance, or BPO) is a massive advantage.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada (Kannada is crucial for local coordination).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must for payroll/data) and familiarity with HRMS tools.
  • Attributes: High emotional intelligence, ability to multitask, and a "problem-solver" mindset.
  • Conflict Resolution: Acting as a mediator for any internal grievances or workplace issues.
  • Office Culture: Organizing team-building activities, festive celebrations, and training workshops to keep the team motivated.
  • Salary Processing: Coordinating with the accounts team to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Incentive Tracking: Working with Sales Managers to calculate performance-based commissions and travel allowances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,332.87 - ₹12,000.00 per month
