Responsibilities:
* Source, screen, and interview candidates for various IT positions.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
* Utilize various platforms to attract and engage with potential candidates.
* Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation.
* Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring an efficient recruitment pipeline.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or similar role.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,194.50 - ₹22,000.00 per month
