Location: Gurugram, DLF Phase 5, sector 53

Experience: 2+ Years

Salary: 3LPA-5LPA

Job Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sources(Apana, Indeed, JobHai)

Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on client requirements.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs.

Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain an updated candidate database.

Requirements:

Prior experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or staffing firm.

Should have experience in both Tech and non Tech hiring.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.

Proficiency in using job portals and social media for talent sourcing.
