Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment while also supporting basic HR generalist and clerical activities The ideal candidate should be hands-on in hiring and comfortable assisting with routine HR operations and administrative tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate pre-joining documentation.
- Support onboarding and induction for new hires.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
B. HR Generalist & Clerical Support
- Assist with employee documentation and maintaining HR records (physical and digital).
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, experience, and relieving letters.
- Support attendance tracking, leave records, and basic HR MIS.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
- Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related administrative requirements.
- Provide general clerical support to the HR team as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience, primarily in recruitment with some exposure to HR generalist work.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ATS/HRMS systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in bulk or lateral hiring.
- Exposure to onboarding, HR documentation, or employee engagement initiatives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organization.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
