Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment while also supporting basic HR generalist and clerical activities The ideal candidate should be hands-on in hiring and comfortable assisting with routine HR operations and administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
  • Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS.
  • Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate pre-joining documentation.
  • Support onboarding and induction for new hires.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

B. HR Generalist & Clerical Support

  • Assist with employee documentation and maintaining HR records (physical and digital).
  • Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, experience, and relieving letters.
  • Support attendance tracking, leave records, and basic HR MIS.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related administrative requirements.
  • Provide general clerical support to the HR team as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience, primarily in recruitment with some exposure to HR generalist work.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with ATS/HRMS systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in bulk or lateral hiring.
  • Exposure to onboarding, HR documentation, or employee engagement initiatives.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
