Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Calling / Recruiter Executive with strong telecalling or telesales experience to support our recruitment needs in the tour and travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to candidates for screening and interview coordination
• Explain job roles, salary structure, and company profile clearly to candidates
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and calling databases
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain daily call reports, follow-ups, and candidate trackers
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and hiring targets
• Handle candidate queries professionally and maintain a positive employer image
• Support onboarding and basic HR coordination when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / HR calling
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
• Confident on calls and comfortable with targets
• Basic knowledge of recruitment process is an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Experience in BPO / Tele Sales / Recruitment Calling
• Background in Travel, Tour, or Service Industry is a plus
• Energetic, result-oriented, and self-motivated
