Job Summary
Awaken INdia is hiring a Female HR Recruiter to handle bulk hiring, vendor management, and client coordination. This is a full-time work-from-home role for candidates with prior experience in recruitment and staffing.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process for bulk hiring
- Coordinate with vendors and recruitment partners
- Coordinate with clients for requirements and hiring updates
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates
- Schedule interviews and manage follow-ups
- Track hiring status and maintain recruitment reports
- Ensure timely closures of open positions
Required Skills and Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment or staffing
- Strong knowledge of bulk or volume hiring
- Experience in candidate and vendor coordination
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed
- Must be comfortable working in a remote environment
- Languages required: English, Hindi, Bengali
Education
- Graduate in any discipline preferred
