Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates till joining and onboarding
- Achieve monthly hiring targets
- Share regular recruitment reports with management
Requirements:
- Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Foundit, Indeed, etc.)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
