Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet our company’s workforce needs. You will work closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, source candidates, conduct interviews, and ensure a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process.
- Stay updated with industry hiring trends and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- years of proven experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting in [Industry-specific experience, e.g., IT, healthcare, finance].
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring regulations.
- Certification in recruitment (e.g., SHRM, PHR, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter) is a plus.
