Job Responsibility:

  • The Recruitment Officer / Executive is in-charge of the section dealing with employment, training, on-boarding, support, record, etc.
  • Selecting people who can make a difference in the different areas that make up the company.
  • Recruiting talented resources and bringing out every quality.
  • Hiring figures with specific propensities and placing them in the right area of the company.
  • Join targeted remuneration policies aimed at promoting widespread meritocracy.
  • Handling the overall recruitment process.
  • Recruitment strategy for the right talent acquisition.
  • Moreover, adopt different ways to avoid bad hires for the company.
  • To overcome recruitment challenges.
  • Organizational structure and planning.
  • Contribute to the process of identifying, executing and achieving corporate objectives.
  • Handle the on-boarding process and organize employee development program.
  • Support and assist them in health and wellness.
  • Arrange for regular training and education to stay updated with the latest machines, programs, and behavior.
  • Maintain good relations with all department-based managers and provide them regular training and support.
  • Competitive decision-making by investigating the work of similar companies, product type, employee benefits, and market position.

Daily Routine :

  • Preparing the recruitment chart for the site.
  • Identifying the sources.
  • Appointing the source for providing candidates.
  • Receiving the candidate details from various sources.
  • Scrutinizing the candidate CV.
  • First round of telephonic interview of the candidate.
  • Submitting the candidate recommendation to reporting Head.
  • Second and final round of interview of the candidate.
  • Selecting the candidate.
  • Releasing the Offer letter.
  • Communicating joining of the candidate to the concerned authority.
  • Forwarding the candidates documents to the Unit Incharge.
  • Releasing the appointment letter to the candidate as per company policy.
  • Coordinate with the training manager.
  • Coordinates with the compensation & benefit manager.
  • Coordinates with Unit Incharge.
  • Training to the new joinee, if required.
  • Keeping the company terms and policy updated all the time frequently.
  • Maintain work records of all new joinees of the company.
  • Preparing and submitting the new joinees report to the Management.
  • Maintaining the candidate data in soft copy and hard copy.
  • Filling the hard copies on daily basis.
  • Reporting and discussing the hurdles to reporting head.
  • Resolving the hurdles.
  • Assisting the HR Team as and when required.
  • Strictly maintaining the confidential information and not sharing with staff / external agency.

Note:- Only Female Candidate Required

Must have an experience in recruitment in construction background

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
